Review: noomi stays - Easy booking

I rented an apartment through Airbnb with Noomi. It was supposed to have a washer and dryer. It did not. I cancelled immediately (within 24 hours). I paid $5000 for an apartment I never stayed in and Noomi refused to refund me any money. They also charged me a second cleaning fee even though I never stayed there.
